our international shipping service options include ups worldwide expedited, DHL worldwide, UPS worldwide saver, USPS priority mail international and priority mail express international

international orders may or may not be subject to additional customs duties and taxes before delivery. if your local government determines that your order qualifies for import fees in the form of customs duties and taxes, your selected shipping carrier (UPS, DHL, or national postal service) will reach out to collect these fees on behalf of your government before delivery. email sales@thevin.store with any questions about your international order.

RETURNS

returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order.

to initiate a return, please email sales@thevin.store with your order number to request authorization. handbags must be returned unused or unaltered in any way in original packaging. please contact us at sales@thevin.store with any questions or concerns about your return.
