What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Due to the limited-edition and handmade nature of our pieces, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

What does it mean to preorder an item from Vin.?

Preordering allows you to reserve a limited-edition piece before it is ready to ship. Each Vin. bag is handcrafted, and preorder timelines reflect the time required to produce your item with care. We also produce in smaller quantities to avoid any unnecessary waste as we are a sustainable brand.

Please note that your card will be charged in full when a preorder is placed as this is the only way we can allocate the item specifically to you.

Estimated lead times vary by item and are provided as guidelines only. While we do our best to meet these timelines, they are subject to change.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please double-check all details before completing your purchase. You can email us with any questions or concerns at shop@thevin.store

My item arrived damaged; what should I do?

Please email shop@thevin.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number, along with clear photos and/or videos and a brief description of the issue. Our team will review the details and assist you with the available options.

How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees determined by your local government. These charges are not included at

checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that if an international shipment is returned to us due to refusal to pay duties or taxes, all associated fees - including return shipping - will be the responsibility of the customer.

Additionally, Vin. is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.

Do your bags fit an iPhone?

Most of our bags are designed as sculptural, statement accessories rather than everyday utility bags. Due to their unique shapes and proportions, many styles do not fit a standard iPhone.

Please note that the product dimensions listed on each product page reflect the exterior measurements of the bag. Due to interior tapering and the bags’ unique sculptural shapes, these dimensions do not necessarily represent the available interior space. Please review the product dimensions carefully before purchasing to ensure the piece meets your expectations.
